Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast‑paced call center environment. This role focuses primarily on handling inbound calls, with some follow‑up outbound communication as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls (50–100 calls per day depending on complexity)
• Answer questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information
• Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems
• Provide high‑quality customer service with strong attention to detail
• Follow call center policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet quality and accuracy performance metrics
• Utilize multiple programs and systems to document interactions and track customer requests

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
• Strong computer knowledge and technical skills
• Dependable work history (no job‑hopping; jumpy resumes will not be approved)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
